ASU Track puts on mini track meets throughout the summer for kids. We went out last Thursday to the track and the kids were able to enter as many events as they wanted. Aaron ran the 100m, 200m and 400m dash; Ben ran the 50m hurdles, 100m dash and shotput; Lydia ran the 50m hurdles and 50m dash. Aaron won the 200m dash, Ben won the 100m dash and Lydia won the 50m dash! The kids had a great time. Mariana helped Lydia get ready for her race and took pics for us. Ben won shotput (we just won't mention he was the only one in his age group)!
Mark & I were just talking about the ASU meets and how much we miss them. Looks like fun!
ReplyDeleteLooks like a ton of fun! Being in AZ now, how I loved seeing the wet pavement! I could almost feel the rain and humidity. Sigh.
